The standard RGM-79[G] were built as cheap ground-pounders with this variant being built in limited numbers for long range sniping and support roles. This set is one size larger than the set in "Beyond the Blue Sky 1," and includes selectable leg parts to express two different heights. The chest part of the costume is carefully divided into different parts so you can get a great result just by assembling it; three types of chest part are included. The Liber Archer is the newest member of Bandai's "30 Minutes Fantasy (30MF)" figure-kit series! This lineup allows you to create your own fantasy-based figures and characters! This starter set includes armor and weapon parts in addition to the base "silhouette" (elementary body). The "silhouette," which is the same as that of the Liber Knight, is fully posable like a human body; movable axes are provided on the head and neck for natural flexibility. The new structure of the shoulder joint keeps the body line intact, even in bold poses. The movable parts of the chest, torso, and waist work together with the sliding mechanism at the base of the waist joint to create natural poses. Armor and weapon parts are included to combine with the "silhouette" to create the Liber Archer! The Dragonia Knight now joins Bandai's "30MF (30 Minutes Fantasy)" figure-kit lineup! This series allows you to create your own fantasy-based jobs and characters! The starter set includes armor and armed parts in addition to the base "silhouette" (elementary body). The "silhouette" is fully posable like a human body, and is suitable for any job. This "silhouette" is based on the dragon-human race. Movable axes are provided on the head and neck for natural flexibility, allowing the figure to pull the chin in or stick the chin out. The lower jaw is movable, too, allowing the mouth to open and close. The shoulder joints are designed with care to keeps the body lines intact, even in bold poses. What a design! While the lineage is obvious it takes the Zeon style of design in a new direction. Well armed with two beam sabers and 12 1.3MW funnel remote beam weapons plus impressive speed and maneuverability it is a fantastic answer to the newer Gundams arrayed against it.
Bandai has struck MG gold yet again with this kit. In typical MG fashion EVERYTHING moves. From the head to the individual finger joints to the 10 funnel systems, each can be individually posed and removed. The shoulder armor opens just like the prototype. Opening cockpit area. Of course all parts are pre-colored and assembly is literally a snap. However the appearance of the finished kit will be immeasurably improved by painting.
The 19 page instruction manual covers the design history of the AX-004 with line drawings. Color photos show painting details with paint mixing instructions. All text in Japanese.
