One Piece TCG products are currently subject to exceptionally high demand, resulting in limited allocations and, in some cases, delivery delays or quantity adjustments beyond our control.

In this context, Genki cannot guarantee full fulfillment of ordered quantities, regardless of the size or timing of the order. Final delivered quantities may be adjusted according to the allocations received from the manufacturer.

All orders and pre-orders remain binding. For volumes deemed excessive in relation to available allocations or past order history, Genki reserves the right to request a deposit, corresponding to a percentage of the order value, in order to confirm the customer’s commitment.

Furthermore, in order to ensure a fair and balanced distribution of products and to protect the integrity of the network, Genki reserves the right to limit, adjust, or, in cases of clear abuse, cancel all or part of an order, including after confirmation.
