Judau Ashta and his friends cross the African desert to Dakar, the federal capital, to drive out the occupier and rescue his sister, Leina. Along the way, however, they discover the desolation and suffering of the people of Earth, burdened by the yoke of the Zabi family. Meanwhile, Haman is trying to launch the first Neo Zeon war, even if it means committing genocide.
